Parents and Carers of students in Years 7 & 8 are invited in for an information evening on Tuesday 21st October at 6pm. This will be an opportunity to hear from the Heads of English, Maths, and Science about how to best support your child in these core subjects. The talk will take place in the school hall and be approximately 45 minutes with time for questions. Children are welcome at the talk but they are not required to attend.
The aims of the evening will be to better understand how these subjects are taught at Wood Green school, what our expectations of students are both in lessons and for homework, and how we can work together to ensure the best outcomes for your child.
For those parents of students in year 8 who attended this talk last year, there are some changes but the talks are largely the same.
