Our GCSE results came out this morning and were shared with students at 9am.

There is no Progress 8 measure this year as this cohort did not do SATs in year 6 due to COVID. Although the attainment scores are lower than last year, the results represent equally good progress for this cohort as for last year, which is really pleasing.
There were lots of individual successes at all levels from our mainstream and also the Achievement Centre and Connect, which was great to see. We are excited to see our students now going off to their next adventure, in our 6th Form, at college or in apprenticeships. We wish them all every happiness and success. I am sure the Class of 2026 would join me in thanking all our staff and parents who have supported them along the way. We look forward to celebrating these successes at our heatwave-delayed Prom on 3rd September!
