School Development Plan

School Development Plan 2025-26

Our SDP drives our work this year towards achieving our mission: 

“Our mission is to develop exceptional, well-qualified and well-rounded young people who make a positive contribution to our school, our community and the world.” 

Drawing on insights from all our evaluation and feedback, we have shaped the following three aims which are most important in helping us to achieve our mission:

1. All classrooms are positive and inclusive environments in which everyone achieves
2. We increase the sense of belonging so that everyone thrives
3. We develop the excellent people, resources, and facilities so that everyone can succeed

Achieving these aims comes from a joint effort across all aspects of school. Our School Development Plan sets out the specific objectives we will address in order to achieve these aims in the year ahead. This was approved by Governors in October 2025.
